Elena was a very helpful sales woman, was not pushy at all, and provided great communication and customer service throughout the buying process. Months ago, I passed by Hope Motorz and was inspired by the name, vowing that I would retu when I needed a car. I wasn't surprised by what I was feeling back then, to find a dealership fully committed to providing the best service ever. Elena is very friendly and is willing to work with you to give you the best deal and worked around my busy schedule to make it happen. The cars are in superb condition given the expert talent of Alex, Elena's husband. I feel like I have become a member of a family with the interactions I have had with Elena and Alex. For the first time ever, I bought a car entirely on my own. I was prepared for it to be a hard, draining experience, but Hope Motorz was the opposite of that. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! It’s woman-owned and run, which I didn’t know going in, but appreciate all the same. Elena and her husband are incredibly nice, and they made the experience actually pleasant. I got a great price on a great car, with zero hassle or drama. I just finished purchasing a car from this dealership. They were so nice, not pushy, and very accommodating. They supported me in having my mechanic look at the car, they even brought it there themselves! They worked with me on fixing a few minor things, and were always polite and pleasant. Haven't driven the car yet, but the buying experience was beyond positive. My next car will definitely come from them. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a car to start here. You won't need or want to go anywhere else.
